Request for Early Financial Aid Guarantee

Early Financial Aid Guarantees are available for current high school seniors, from early July through Dec. 15. After Dec. 15, guarantees may still be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Office of Admission at 509-527-5176 or admission@whitman.edu if you would like to request a financial aid guarantee after December 15.

Early Financial Aid Guarantees are only available for students in their final year of high school or who are applying as a transfer student.

All Whitman applicants are considered for merit-based scholarships. Do you also plan to apply for need-based aid?

Need-Based Financial Guarantees are not available until October 1st for domestic students. We will proceed in sending you a merit scholarship guarantee within the next two weeks. After October 1st, please submit all required forms (see below) for your financial aid application. We will then calculate and release a full financial aid package for you.

Whitman College Need-Based Financial Aid Application Requirements

U.S. citizens must submit the CSS Profile in order to be eligible for need-based aid EFGs.
Undocumented students must submit the CSS Profile.
