Hello Davis Partners,
I am looking forward to seeing many of you in Pittsburgh for IACAC!
As we look forward to the new admission cycle, we will be hosting our Davis UWC Scholars College Fair on Saturday, October 3 from 1:00-4:00pm. The fair will be open to all Pearson students.
Fair Schedule
12:00-12:45 – Reps arrive on campus, set-up fair table in dining hall
12:45-1:00 – Set-up for presentations/panels in the Max Bell Theatre
1:00-2:30 – Presentations/panels focused on various topics in the Max Bell Theatre
2:30-2:45 – Reps move to Dining Hall for College Fair, brief introductions
2:45-4:00 – College Fair in Dining Hall
Please complete the participation form by August 21 if you wish to participate in our Davis fair! We can accommodate about 20-25 colleges for the event.

If the date does not work with your travel schedule, please reach out if you wish to book a visit at an alternate time. For individual visits, we offer meeting times at lunch (12:40-1:30) or after school (4:45-5:30). Please note our students will be off-campus October 5-12.
Once we confirm the number of Davis partners attending and the interest level for presenting or being on a panel, we will send a more detailed schedule for the day, including parking information, accommodation recommendations, student demographics, etc.

October 5: VICE Fair, Vancouver Island College Event (US & UK universities), at St. Michael’s University School (Richmond Campus), 3:30 – 5:00 pm
October 6: North Shore College Fair, Collingwood School (Morven Campus), 6:00 - 7:30 pm
October 8: VAIS, Vancouver Area Independent School fair, West Point Grey Academy, 2-4 PM for Independent Schools, 5-6:30 open to all students/families across the lower mainland
